To achieve this vision we also need skilled business people—like you—who can guide customers from prototyping to large-scale deployments and help them be successful. Your work will contribute to our ambitious goals and you will collaborate and report directly to Ted, our VP of Worldwide Sales.
You will ensure that whenever our Customers have a question related to the technical side of Estimote’s products, it is answered in the most clear and thorough way possible.
You will help our Sales Team to address the needs of Estimote’s Customers, both by providing technical support (onsite and remotely via email/Slack) and taking part in technical calls to clear potential questions related to our technology.
You are always following up with customers on technical issues related to our sales cycle in order to deliver amazing customer experience.
You will provide strategic and senior level presentations, demonstrations and trade show/event support.
You do not wait for someone to tell you that there’s need for help. Instead, you proactively guide customers who implement the Estimote’s stack and help them build successful integrations.
Minimum 3 years of experience and proven success in technical sales role
2+ years mobile application development experience using Objective-C, Swift or Android
Prior experience with Bluetooth and different mobile technologies
Ability to decipher complex customer requirement and communicate effectively
Excellent verbal and written communcation skills
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills; enterprise mindset and a can-do attitude
High energy and positive attitude
You are able to travel up to 50% of your work time
Natural born communicator with outstanding storytelling skills
