The moment a customer receives their first devkit from Estimote, they’re in the hands of our Developer Experience team. This team takes care of getting started with beacons: user onboarding, demo apps, tutorials, basically anything that helps developers get up and running with our stack.
We get this done with a full stack team with end to end competencies, like embedded systems engineers, mobile developers, UX and UI designers, and community managers.
Piotrek is head of this team, he started his Estimote journey from a Technology Evangelist position, now he works as PO. He is an endless resource on how to bring value to our customers. He works in an amazing team with:

What will you be doing?
As a part of DevEx team, you will take care of usefulness and usability of our applications and websites. You will ensure, that our customers are satisfied with their experience with our products.
Researching, Analysing and Reporting
You will conceive and run countless number of experiments, surveys, or interviews with our users, draw conclusions about their experiences and based on that prepare reports with the action plans.
Wireframing and Prototyping
After analysing user’s behavioural patterns and feedbacks, you will be responsible for creating personas, user flows and scenarios. You will develop wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups of an intuitive UX design and define specifications for new functionalities.
Designing
You will design and execute concepts of new functionalities, as well as redefine existing ones according to your research reports and users needs.
Communication
You will handle the communication with the team and with the stakeholders in order to discuss (and defend, if needed) your concepts.
What skillset do we expect?
Must Haves:
You are a scientist deep in your heart and have 3+ years of experience in UX design
Maybe you are not a psychologist by profession, but you know how to influence users in order to change their behaviour
You are the Master of wireframing and prototyping
You perfectly know how to use Axure, InVision, Fireworks
You are great at communication in both English and Polish
You are a creative visioner and you can produce new ideas by the dozen
You know that the process of design is never finished. There is always something that can be improved. Always.
Additional skills
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

What is our application process?
We take hiring very seriously and take great care to make sure there's a good fit for you and for us.
1. Try out some tasks in our application form. This helps give you a flavor of what working with us is like
2. We will call you and have a chat, and give you feedback on your tasks (we're massive believers in feedback)
3. Come and meet some more of the team for a couple of hours for an interview in our office.
4. We will give you some real tasks to accomplish at home. This part will give you and us a sign if we can get along.
5. A "test drive" is a day spent working with your potential team - it helps to work out if there is a fit.
6. You'll need one final chat with our founders to sort out all the details... Don't worry it won't take too long!
7. If all goes well, we will send you a job offer and contract, right now the ball is in your court. We're nearly there...
