Integration team handles the integration of Estimote Beacons into our customer’s app. Integration team takes care of the SDKs and documentation necessary to build mobile apps around the concept of contextual awareness, and help bring major updates and improvements to our existing products.
We make it happen with a team of mobile developers, business and sales managers, technology evangelists, community managers, and embedded systems engineers.
Marcin is the leader of this team, he is enthusiastic about Mobile Platforms and the Internet of Things. He is in the IT business for more than 10 years now, with a strong background in Web and Mobile technologies. He works with the biggest team at Estimote, including:

What will you be doing?
You will take full, end-to-end responsibility for complex projects: from planning to execution.

Simplification
As an experienced Project Manager, you have a good eye for details, as well as a thorough understanding of the overview. You know how to break down big and complex things into smaller and easier to plan sprints.

You feel comfortable owning processes and know how to set things up so the team work effectively with Scrum and deliver expected results.
Management
You are a great manager and know how to influence employees and convince them to attend meetings. You can always find a way to motivate team members and help them solve personal challenges.
What skillset do we expect?
Must Haves:
Very strong experience in Quality Assurance with proven track record of deliveries with top notch quality
Experience as process owner
Strong Scrum experience in position of Scrum Master or Product Owner
Ability to translate progress into clear visuals for team members and all other stakeholders
Very good communication skills which lead to ability to maintain good relationships with multiple vendors
Motivational skills and ability to help team members overcome their personal challenges
Experience with using data as identifier of team performance bottlenecks
Additional skills
Experience in running complex interdisciplinary projects
Hands on knowledge of risk management

What is our application process?
We take hiring very seriously and take great care to make sure there's a good fit for you and for us.
1. Try out some tasks in our application form. This helps give you a flavor of what working with us is like
2. We will call you and have a chat, and give you feedback on your tasks (we're massive believers in feedback)
3. Come and meet some more of the team for a couple of hours for an interview in our office.
4. We will give you some real tasks to accomplish at home. This part will give you and us a sign if we can get along.
5. A "test drive" is a day spent working with your potential team - it helps to work out if there is a fit.
6. You'll need one final chat with our founders to sort out all the details... Don't worry it won't take too long!
7. If all goes well, we will send you a job offer and contract, right now the ball is in your court. We're nearly there...
